个人简介

刘凯,半岛在线登录官网-半岛(中国)教授,博士生导师。20118月获得香港城市大学计算机科学博士学位。曾为美国弗吉尼亚大学访问学者、香港城市大学高级研究助理及博士后、新加坡南洋理工大学博士后、以及香港浸会大学博士后。

主要研究方向包括车联网、边缘计算、智能计算、普适计算、智能交通系统等。共发表学术论文130余篇,包括期刊论文 70余篇,会议论文60余篇,编著章节 (Book Chapter) 2篇。根据科睿唯安 (原汤森路透) Journal Citation Reports(JCR)分区,57篇期刊文章为JCR一区(第一/通信作者39篇)。发表IEEE/ACM Transactions 36篇(第一/通信作者23篇),包括IEEE/ACM Trans. on Networking (ToN)、IEEE Trans. on Mobile Computing (TMC)、IEEE Trans. on Intelligent Transportation Systems (T-ITS)、IEEE Trans. on Vehicular Technology (TVT)、IEEE Trans. on Industrial Informatics (TII)、IEEE Communications Magazine (ComMag)、IEEE Internet of Things Journal (IoTJ)等。曾荣获ICA3PP’2015与IEEE ISPCE-CN’2018国际会议最佳论文奖,以及中国物联网学术会议(CWSN’2019)优秀论文奖。主持科研项目17项,包括国家自然科学基金面上项目3、国际合作项目5项、省部级项目3项、以及多项中央高校及横向项目。

现为IEEE高级会员、CCF高级会员、ACM会员、CCF物联网专委会委员、CCF网络与数据通信专委会委员。曾担任十余国际会议组织委员会与程序委员会委员,包括IEEE GLOBECOM’19~21, ICA3PP’2021,IEEE VNC’19, IEEE UIC’15~19, ACM SAC’17~21, IEEE RTCSA’14’15, IEEE HPCC’13等,并荣获RTCSA’16、UIC’19、CWSN’19杰出服务奖;担任十余国际权威期刊评审,包括IEEE JSAC, IEEE TII, IEEE TVT, IEEE TITS, IEEE TC, IEEE TMC, IEEE TKDE, IEEE ToC, ACM TCPS等;曾担任IEEE IoT Journal、ACM/Springer MONET、Springer NCAA等期刊专刊客座编委。
